Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Taste of Stadi mobile application (the "App"), operated by TEN Vision Oy (Business ID 3640487-5), Viikinmäentie 16 H 28, 00560 Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms are also available in Finnish. If the language versions differ, the English version applies.

1. The App

Taste of Stadi is an advent calendar app. Each day during the calendar period, you can open a new door to reveal an offer from a participating restaurant, café, or other venue. The App is free of charge and contains no in-app purchases.

2. Your account

The App creates an account for you automatically, without asking for your name, email address, or other personal details. Your opened doors and redeemed offers are linked to this account. If you uninstall the App, change devices, or clear its data, your progress may be lost and cannot be restored.

3. Offers

  • Offers are provided by the participating venues, not by us. Each offer is subject to the terms shown in the App, such as its validity period, location, and any conditions.
  • Unless otherwise stated, each offer can be used once per user, and only by showing it in the App at the venue. Screenshots or copies are not valid.
  • Offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless the venue allows it.
  • Offers are available while supplies last. A venue may limit or refuse an offer, for example if it has run out of a product or the offer is being misused.
  • Offers that include alcohol are only available to persons aged 18 or over, and the venue may ask for proof of age.

4. Venues

The venues are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their products and services, including quality, pricing, food safety, allergen information, opening hours, and customer service. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, always check with the venue before ordering. Any issues with a product or service should be raised directly with the venue.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • create multiple accounts or use multiple devices to obtain an offer more than once;
  • manipulate the App;
  • copy, sell, or share offers, or use them for commercial purposes;
  • reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

We may cancel offers or restrict access to the App if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

6. Availability and changes

We try to keep the App working and the information in it accurate, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free, or that any particular offer or venue will be available. We may change, add, or remove features, offers, and venues, or discontinue the App at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its content, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Venue names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the products or services of the venues or from the unavailability of an offer. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data and what rights you have.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the App after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring the matter before another court. As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
